Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in agriculture preferred.
• Experience in citrus production is essential.
• Experience with livestock operations.

• Ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• Excellent communication with team and management.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and coordinate routine tasks across the farm.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow; ensure safety and timely completion.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and safe/machine operation.
• Lead and supervise staff; provide direction and training; ensure safe practices.
