Profile Personnel is seeking a Product Readiness Engineer to lead initiatives ensuring localized service information for South Africa is precise, compliant, and market-ready. This role combines engineering expertise with operational impact and offers on-site work in the Eastern Cape.

You will validate data with stakeholders, publish documentation on launch schedules, and coordinate tools for engineering changes and new model launches while supporting dealer satisfaction and cost reduction

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical or engineering role within manufacturing.
• Strong analysis, coordination, and planning skills.
• Proven ability in technical writing and content development.
• Familiarity with engineering processes and market-specific technical standards.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in the Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain localized SA service information.
• Validate technical data with stakeholders for accuracy and compliance.
• Publish service documentation within launch schedules.
• Assess engineering changes and new model launches, updating content.
• Monitor and improve technical content quality via dealer feedback.
• Resolve dealer technical issues and close content gaps.
• Develop market-specific service literature and in-vehicle information.
• Support cost reduction initiatives through accurate information.
• Coordinate special tools and equipment for changes and launches.
