AES Global is seeking a Product Manager to own its utilities solutions from concept through market delivery and ongoing enhancement. Based in Cape Town with a hybrid model, you will shape strategy, manage lifecycle, and drive go-to-market initiatives to maximise adoption and value.

We value a track record in enterprise software, strong commercial acumen, and stakeholder management. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management/Owner roles, ideally in utilities.
• Experience taking products from concept to market and ongoing enhancement.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise software with strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Take products from concept through market delivery and ongoing enhancement.
• Shape product strategy and manage full product lifecycle.
• Identify market opportunities, define requirements and build business cases for new features.
• Facilitate roadmapping forums and manage product documentation.
• Oversee delivery pipelines, monitor deployments, and support launches.
