Job summary

Takealot Group is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the Takealot Group CS Platform roadmap, aiming to reduce customer service contact times by empowering agents with the right features. You will work cross-functionally with customer service, engineering, design, and operations to deliver impactful product enhancements and drive customer value.

You will partner with business owners to translate strategy into initiatives, define success metrics, and guide junior teammates.

Qualifications

Must have a proven track record of execution and can formulate a detailed product roadmap.
Ability to guide junior product managers, business analysts, UX experts and engineering to deliver world-class products.
Solution-oriented, accountable, highly motivated and robust in ambiguous situations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own the overall vision and roadmap of features for the Takealot Group CS Platform, focusing on reducing contact resolution time.
Collaborate with customer service, engineering, design, operations and executives to drive product improvements.
Translate business needs into initiatives and projects with measurable impact.
Define and track metrics to inform decisions on features and functionality.
Elicit detailed requirements and document specifications for engineering.
Set timelines, drive project schedules and lead cross-functional teams from design through release.
Review test plans, perform user acceptance testing and ensure quality.
