Job summary
Takealot Group is seeking a Product Manager to own the CS Platform roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, operations and executives to deliver customer-focused enhancements. You will translate business needs into initiatives and define metrics to drive decisions, while guiding junior PMs and analysts.
The role requires 5+ years in Product Management, experience in product development and strong Jira/Confluence skills, with a hybrid work setup in South Africa.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in a related field with 5+ years Product Management experience, including 2+ years in Product Development.
- If no degree, equivalent experience: 8+ years PM with 2+ years in Product Development.
Responsibilities
- Define the overall vision and roadmap of features for the CS Platform to reduce contact resolution time.
- Collaborate with customer service, engineering, design, operations and executives to deliver product enhancements.
- Work with business owners to translate strategy into initiatives and projects.
- Define and track metrics to inform all product decisions and create business cases to prioritise initiatives.
- Elicit detailed requirements and document technical specs for Engineering.
