Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Experience building reports and analytics solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of retailer/manufacturer data solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize client requirements from retailer and manufacturer stakeholders.
• Drive product enhancements and solution development based on market needs.
• Collaborate with technology, analytics, and operations teams to design and implement new product functionality.
• Support the product lifecycle from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Design, build, validate, and maintain standard and custom client reports.
• Develop reporting outputs and visualizations to meet business objectives.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable reporting outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality within reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reporting efficiencies.
• Build and maintain custom retailer/manufacturer hierarchies.
• Partner with clients to understand organizational structures and reporting needs.
• Validate hierarchy mappings and perform QA testing.
• Support ongoing maintenance of client data configurations.
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and client training.
• Develop training materials and user guides.
• Act as trusted advisor to help clients maximize value.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support.
• Drive product adoption and utilization of new functionality.
• Lead product deployments and manage timelines and risks.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and implementation readiness.
• Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual support.
• Track deployment success and pursue continuous improvement.
