Job summary

Lula is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (Partnerships and Affiliates) to bridge external commercial partnerships with Lula’s fintech platform. You will own end-to-end funding journeys for co-branded and embedded offerings, translating partner needs into impactful roadmaps and driving revenue enablement for partners and SME clients.

You will collaborate with Business Development and External Commercial Partnership teams to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of product experience.
• Product owner certification an added bonus.
• Experience managing relationships with external commercial partners.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses.
• Experience defining, prioritising and communicating product roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience working with Engineering teams.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage Lula’s partner product roadmap, ensuring highly prioritised features are delivered on schedule and aligned with the company's strategic vision.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables by creating clear product goals and feature specifications that meet Lula’s product requirements standards.
• Track and measure project success and ROI.
• Ensure the reliability and quality of product releases meet our standards and our customer expectations.
• Collaborating and building excellent relationships with stakeholders to factor requirements into product decisions.
• Influence peers and direct reports to deliver on their product areas and grow their craft.
• Influence Lula’s senior managers and executives to remove blockers and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Analyse data to generate insights and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
• Use customer feedback to understand how users engage with our products to drive outcomes.
• Define a vision for UX/UI to build journeys that generate value.
