Job summary

Lula is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (Partnerships and Affiliates) to act as the primary product bridge for our external commercial partners and affiliates. You will lead end-to-end delivery of co-branded and embedded funding journeys, taking direct ownership of how our digital products drive value for partner portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of relevant working experience in Product.
• Experience managing relationships with external commercial partners.
• Product owner certification an added bonus.
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses.
• Experience defining, prioritising and communicating product roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience working with Engineering teams.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro is a plus.

OVERALL PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager (Partnerships and Affiliates) with financial services expertise to act as the primary product bridge for our external commercial partners and affiliates. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of co-branded and embedded funding journeys, taking direct ownership of how our digital products drive value for commercial partner portfolios.

You will work side-by-side with our Business Development and External Commercial Partnership teams to translate partner requirements into high-impact product roadmaps, ensuring our platform serves as a powerful revenue enabler for both our partners and SME clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Defining product roadmaps, aligning strategy to deliverables, and driving delivery.
  • Define and manage Lula’s partner product roadmap, ensuring highly prioritised features are delivered on schedule and aligned with the company's strategic vision.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables by creating clear product goals and feature specifications that meet Lula’s product requirements standards.
  • Track and measure project success and ROI.
  • Ensuring the reliability and quality of product releases meet our standards and our customer expectations.
• Collaborating and building excellent relationships.
  • Proactively working with stakeholders to factor their requirements into product decisions
  • Influencing peers and direct reports with the goal of enabling them to successfully deliver on their product areas, to continuously grow their product craft and deliver meaningful business outcomes
  • Influencing and persuading Lula’s senior managers and executives to help achieve goals, remove blockers and deliver meaningful business outcomes
• Understanding customer’s needs.
  • Analysing data to generate actionable insights and turn these into measurable and impactful business outcomes
  • Using customer feedback to understand how users engage with our products to drive meaningful outcomes for the business
  • Defining a vision for UX and UI designers to build journeys that ensure we’re generating value for our customers
• Commercial Partner Management.
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to grow our partnerships and affiliates, including onboarding new partners/affiliates and growing our existing partners/affiliates
  • Manage relationships with commercial partners alongside our BD team
  • Work with commercial partners to scope and prioritise technical solutions
