MetroFibre Networx in Gauteng is seeking a high-potential Product professional to develop fibre and connectivity solutions, spanning product management, pricing, market insight and delivery.

You will manage the day-to-day lifecycle of MetroFibre's FTTB and Enterprise connectivity products, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Technology, Network, Service Delivery and other teams to align product processes with the customer experience.

Formación

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Graduate degree or diploma in business, IT or engineering preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain product definitions, specifications, service levels, lifecycle information and documentation.
• Keep product catalogues, pricebooks and related commercial information up to date across systems.
• Monitor market, customer and competitor developments and translate into product requirements.
• Analyse product performance including revenue, customer growth, churn, margin, uptake and discounting.
• Prepare commercial analysis and business cases for product changes, pricing updates, promotions and new propositions.
• Coordinate approved product and pricing changes across teams responsible for systems, network, billing, fulfilment, service and sales.
• Support testing, launch readiness, sales training and post-launch reviews.
• Develop practical sales tools and product guidance for opportunities and tenders.
• Review product health using customer feedback and service measures and drive improvements.

Role Summary:

This is a strong opportunity for a high-potential product professional to develop deep experience across the fibre and connectivity sector.

You will work across product, pricing, market insight, sales enablement and delivery, partnering with teams across the business to turn customer and commercial needs into products that work in practice. You will manage the day-to-day lifecycle of MetroFibre's FTTB and Enterprise connectivity products.

Working with Sales, Finance, Technology, Network, Service Delivery and other teams, you will help keep our product information accurate, our commercial rules clear and our product processes aligned with the customer experience we want to deliver.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain product definitions, specifications, service levels, lifecycle information and supporting documentation.
• Keep product catalogues, pricebooks and related commercial information accurate and up to date across business systems.
• Monitor market, customer and competitor developments, and translate what you learn into product requirements and recommendations.
• Analyse product performance, including revenue, customer growth, average revenue, churn, margin, uptake and discounting.
• Prepare commercial analysis and business cases for product changes, pricing updates, promotions and new propositions.
• Coordinate approved product and pricing changes across the teams responsible for systems, network, billing, fulfilment, service and sales.
• Support testing, launch readiness, sales training and post-launch reviews.
• Develop practical sales tools and product guidance and provide product input for customer opportunities and tenders.
• Review product health using customer feedback and service measures, identify recurring issues and help coordinate improvements.

Qualifications Required:

• Matric
• Diploma or degree in business, commerce, marketing, product management, information technology, engineering or a related field

Work Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in telecommunications, fibre, ICT or B2B technology services.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in product management, product support, portfolio management or a related commercial product role.
• Experience using commercial or performance data to support pricing, business cases, product changes or go-to-market activity.
• Proven experience with enterprise connectivity, fibre products, product catalogues, customer management or billing systems would be an advantage.
