Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in Cape Town is seeking a motivated Product Intern for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support product operations, configuration and QA while shadowing a Senior Product Manager and gaining exposure to agile product practices.

Ideal candidates are early in their Product Management journey, with strong organisation, communication and a proactive approach, ready to contribute to cross-functional product delivery in a global tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Product Management, technology and digital products.
• Excellent attention to detail in configurations, documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and setup of new schemes, member profiles and product features.
• Maintain accurate product information and ensure system updates are completed efficiently.
• Assist with testing new features, enhancements and system updates before release.
• Support daily product team operations, including documentation, release notes and process updates.
• Shadow a Senior Product Manager during key ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Gather and analyse member feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog and assist with basic product reporting.
