Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)
Salary: R70K – R85K p.m.
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a digital product. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring that customer and business priorities remain at the centre of product decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Own the product lifecycle from planning through delivery and improvement.
• Manage the product backlog and translate requirements into actionable priorities.
• Work closely with business, technology, design, and delivery teams.
• Lead product discovery and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Use data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Proven experience with digital products, platforms, or apps.
• Strong Agile and stakeholder management experience.
• Commercially aware, customer-focused, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Added Advantage: Financial services/fintech experience, product transformation, digital product launches, UX research, service design, or close collaboration with engineering and UX/UI teams.
