Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualifications in business or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience, incl. 3+ years as software developer.
• Experience building/integrating REST or WebSocket APIs.
• Proven track record taking a product from concept to users.
• Strong written communication for developers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define product pricing, subscription plans, usage limits and trials.
• Gather feedback from developers to improve the product.
• Monitor product metrics: activation, conversion, retention, revenue, reliability.
• Oversee developer experience: documentation, SDKs, samples, signup flows.
• Lead product marketing, launches, and website optimization.
• Create technical content: tutorials, samples, migration guides.
• Support sales with demos, pricing, and enterprise engagement.
• Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts and account growth.
• Provide first-line developer support and improve troubleshooting docs.
• Collaborate with CEO and engineering to shape strategy and growth.
