The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in product management, strong knowledge of agile processes, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing technology company specializing in innovative software solutions, is seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of their flagship product suite. This leadership role will be responsible for deeply understanding market needs, identifying product opportunities, and translating them into detailed product requirements. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of high-impact products. Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the development sprint process in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on the product to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a key stakeholder and evangelist for the product internally and externally.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management discipline.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record of launching successful software products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and translate findings into product strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with engineering and design teams to deliver user-centric products.
