Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is expanding its Product Design function in Cape Town, collaborating with teams across Cape Town, London, and Katowice. You will design the digital self-serve experiences for high-net-worth and corporate members, exploring AI and Talia to create seamless, engaging interfaces.

With 3+ years in product design, you will shape premium UX across web and mobile, partnering with product management and engineering to iterate and evolve our design system and rituals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product design, UX/UI, with a portfolio from discovery to high-fidelity delivery.
• Experience designing B2C or B2B2C products with premium visual design and micro-interactions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building processes in a growing team.
• Proven collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers; proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of member-facing web and mobile platforms with a focus on delight and task completion.
• Design AI-driven interfaces for agentic chatbots and personalized recommendations.
• Translate complex, global service offerings into premium digital experiences that reflect the brand.
• Collaborate with user research, product management, and engineering to iterate on feedback and data.
• Help define and evolve design rituals and contribute to the design system.
