Responsibilities

• Own the design of member-facing platforms (web and mobile) with focus on delight and task completion.
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI experiences and chatbots.
• Translate complex global offerings into premium digital experiences reflecting a luxury brand.
• Collaborate with research, product management and engineering to iterate from feedback and data.
• Help define and refine design rituals and contribute to a growing design system.
