Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to drive BI solutions in a logistics-focused environment. You will analyse business challenges, capture customer requirements, and translate trends into measurable improvements.

You will own BI reporting, engage stakeholders, and deliver project-based value across the supply chain. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in business analysis and project management, with exposure to BI tools and client-facing delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Solutions, Commercial Support or Process Improvement Project Management.
• Exposure to BI and reporting environments.
• Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, supply chain or related industries advantageous.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience within logistics, courier, transportation, supply chain, or related industries would be advantageous.
• Experience in Sales, ProjectManagement and IT preferred
