Staff Focus is seeking a pro-active procurement leader to manage stock control, supplier relationships and purchasing planning in Centurion. You will ensure stock availability, accurate orders and competitive pricing while driving improved margins.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong MS Excel and ERP experience. A results-driven mindset and disciplined, accountable leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years in procurement/purchasing with 2-3 years in supervision.
• Experience managing procurement function, team and supplier relations.
• Strong stock control, inventory management and purchasing planning.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier pricing, terms and delivery.
• Understanding of cost control, budgeting and gross margins.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory software.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric); a Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Management advantageous.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience managing a procurement function, purchasing team and supplier relationships.
• Strong experience in stock control, inventory management and procurement planning.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms and delivery arrangements.
• Good understanding of cost control, budgeting and gross profit margins.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and procurement/inventory management systems (ERP).
