Job summary

ABInBev Africa is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Manager to safeguard procurement governance across the organization. You will drive policy development, monitor controls, and oversee supplier contracts to ensure legal and policy compliance.

Working with Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit, you will lead third-party risk management, BBBEE compliance, and governance initiatives while enabling sustainable business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB, BCom/BA Law) required.
• 5 years' experience in legal, compliance, governance, or related functions.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• Industry certifications in compliance or legal governance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, ethical, and internal policy requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate procurement policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor compliance controls, conduct reviews, and support audits (internal/external).
• Review supplier contracts to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
• Lead third-party risk management, due diligence, and risk monitoring.
