Formación

• Matric certificate with good understanding of mathematics and commerce.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Genuine interest in procurement, supply chain or business administration.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
• Help prepare purchase orders and manage their lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor information.
• Support negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers.
• Assist in tracking deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to stock management.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Research market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
