Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mineral processing operations, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
• Proven track record in optimizing plant performance and managing complex processing circuits.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical processes and plant maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
