About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Mineral Processing Superintendent to oversee their processing plant operations near Randburg . This senior role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficient and safe processing of minerals to achieve target recoveries and grades. You will lead a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of mineral processing techniques, and a proven track record in operational management within the mining industry. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of the mineral processing plant operations.
