Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Process Analyst to join our Cape Town practice. You will lead end-to-end process analysis and re-engineering for diverse clients, driving operational excellence and tangible improvements.

In this client-facing role you will mentor junior consultants, develop comprehensive process documentation, and collaborate with IT to implement optimized workflows and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years in business process analysis, consulting, or operations management.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing project teams.
• Proficiency with BPMN and Visio; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced consulting environments.
• Experience with Cape Town or Western Cape clients preferred.
