Placements24 is seeking a proactive Process Improvement Engineer to join a Centurion manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives on-site, conducting time and motion studies, root-cause analyses, and workflow optimizations to reduce waste and costs.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation of lean methodologies, production standards development, and mentor- ing of personnel. Strong communication and leadership are required to deliver sustained performance gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process improvement/industrial engineering role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools (e.g., value stream mapping, DMAIC).
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
• Experience with CAD software for layout design is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
