Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and implementing strategic improvements within the company's manufacturing and production facilities. You will be responsible for analyzing complex operational data, identifying areas for enhancement, and designing practical solutions to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. This position requires a hands-on approach, working closely with shop-floor personnel and management to ensure seamless integration of new processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational resilience within a dedicated, on-site team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive studies of production processes, workflows, and plant layouts to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to streamline operations, minimize waste, and improve product quality.
• Design and recommend improvements to material handling systems, equipment utilization, and workforce scheduling.
• Create detailed process maps, performance metrics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of process changes.
