Job summary

Austell Pharmaceuticals seeks a Business Process Engineer to analyse, optimise and transform business processes across the organisation, with a strong focus on execution and measurable impact.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, own and implement improvements, and build dashboards using Excel/Power BI, driving data-led decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Parktown, Johannesburg; Employment: Full-Time, Office-based.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
• Exposure to Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python.
• Understanding Lean / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement principles.
• Ability to work across teams and drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support end-to-end projects across departments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Use data to generate insights and support decision-making
• Build and contribute to dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
• Participate in Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement programs
