Job summary

Austell Pharmaceuticals seeks a driven Business Process Engineer to join our team and help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.

You will support cross-functional projects, identify process inefficiencies, analyse data to generate actionable insights, build dashboards and performance reports, and collaborate with BI teams to enable data‑driven decisions and contribute to automation initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Lean/Kaizen knowledge and project management familiarity.
• MS Office proficiency; Power BI/SQL/Python exposure is beneficial.
