Job summary

Ovations Talent Sourcing seeks a Process Engineer II for a fixed-term contract through December 2026 in Johannesburg. You will partner with business and project teams to analyse As Is operations, design To Be operating models, and deliver high-impact process improvements that drive measurable value.

You will lead discovery sessions, model value chains, and apply ROI and simulation techniques to assess performance while delivering within Agile and SDLC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency in BPMN, EPC, or UML modelling tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile concepts, SDLC, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
• Experience in process design, improvement, and delivering measurable value.
• Excellent business writing, workshop facilitation, stakeholder collaboration and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Design: execute initiatives, model value chains, and design To Be workflows.
• Discovery & Analysis: lead discovery sessions, capture rules, and manage change.
• Performance Tracking: define metrics, assist ROI assessments, and apply simulations.
• Delivery Management: manage personal deliverables within project timelines using Agile/SDLC.
