Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years in process development, scale-up and optimization in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or ChemCAD.
• Familiarity with HAZOP and process safety principles.
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in process development, scale-up, and optimization within the chemical industry, preferably specialty chemicals. Strong knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD). Familiarity with HAZOP studies and process safety principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
