Responsibilities

• Design and develop new manufacturing processes for NPIs.
• Optimize existing production processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot runs for new process concepts.
• Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and control plans.
• Collaborate with R&D and product design teams to provide manufacturability feedback.
• Validate new processes and equipment through rigorous testing and data analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements using SPC and other quality tools.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new manufacturing processes for new product introductions (NPIs).
• Optimize existing production processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and validating manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools and data analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with NPI processes is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
