Responsibilities

• Design and develop new manufacturing processes from concept to full-scale production.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.

• Develop detailed process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and control plans.
• Collaborate with R&D and product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Train production personnel on new or modified processes.
