Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission advanced process control systems (DCS, PLC) for chemical manufacturing.
• Develop and implement advanced process control (APC) strategies to optimize process performance and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems, instrumentation, and automation hardware/software.
• Collaborate with process engineers and operators to define control strategies and ensure effective implementation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including logic diagrams, P&IDs, and user manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in process control technology and automation solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process control engineering, specifically within the chemical or process industry.
• Proficiency with major DCS and PLC platforms (e.g., Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV, Siemens PCS 7).
• Experience with model predictive control (MPC) and other APC techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation, field devices, and communication protocols.
• Excellent remote communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
