Job summary

Fempower Personnel seeks a seasoned Principal Piping Engineer to provide technical leadership on a large-scale mining project in Johannesburg. This fixed-term contract (2+ years) includes occasional site travel fully covered by the company.

The role requires 15+ years of piping engineering experience on mining projects, EPCM exposure, and active ECSA licensure where required. Lead the piping team, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with multiple disciplines for project success.

• Review and authorize work done by direct reports
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success

• Essential: Trained in leadership and project execution

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant piping engineering experience
• Mining project experience (mandatory)
• EPCM experience (mandatory)
• Experience on mining projects involving piping systems for PGM processing or similar harsh-duty applications
• Strong knowledge of regulations, codes, and manufacturing standards
