Key Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive energy storage solutions, encompassing hardware, software, and integration strategies.
• Lead the technical design and specification of battery energy storage systems (BESS).

• Develop system models and simulations to predict performance, reliability, and economic benefits.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on energy systems.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in energy systems engineering, with at least 7 years dedicated to energy storage solutions.
• Deep expertise in battery technologies (Li-ion, flow batteries, etc.), power electronics, and energy management systems (EMS).
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale energy storage projects.
• Strong understanding of grid integration challenges, renewable energy systems, and microgrid concepts.
• Proficiency with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Python for scientific computing).
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring engineering teams.
