Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in sustainable design strategies and green building practices.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and master planning tools.
• Strong understanding of South African building regulations and planning policies relevant to residential developments in Gauteng .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional registration with SACAP.
• Experience working in or around Benoni , or within the Gauteng province, is highly advantageous.
