Qualifications

• Professional SACAP registration.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive architectural experience in large-scale residential developments and master planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and master planning for new sustainable residential communities.
• Develop concepts and detailed designs for various housing typologies.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and green technologies throughout the project.
• Manage design teams, consultants, and contractors to align with vision and objectives.
