• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional optimization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is advantageous.
