Job summary

IgniteTech seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineer to own AI-native engineering across the development lifecycle. You will design automation layers, create context packages, and lead agent fleets to deliver production-quality software with minimal human involvement.

You will drive parallel agent operations, validate outputs against enterprise standards, and collaborate with product leadership to ship features rapidly and reliably.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production full-stack engineering on web-based systems with leadership experience
• Ability to design and implement AI-native scaffolding, context, and guardrails for autonomous work
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and agent pipelines
• Strong system-level thinking and proficiency with modern cloud/WAI tooling
• Proven ability to ship customer-facing features quickly without compromising reliability
• Hands-on experience shipping applications that integrate large language models via APIs

Responsibilities

• Design the automation layer for agent-based development
• Run parallel agent operations and validate against enterprise-grade criteria
• Deliver features with startup speed while ensuring reliability
• Package and share improvements to benefit the entire team
• Set technical direction, review architecture/PRs, mentor engineers
