Job summary

Staff Focus is seeking a pricing administrator to drive selling prices across multiple structures, prepare quotes and input pricing into the accounting system. You will implement annual and promotional price adjustments and work with the sales team to resolve pricing queries, ensuring accurate, timely pricing and healthy margins.

The role requires strong numerical and Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently under deadlines, with advantageous Sage 300

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Advanced or strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfortable with a calculator and numerical calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication with sales and management.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions and meeting deadlines.
• Pricing, costing, margins, administration experience advantageous.
• Experience with Sage 300 will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Calculate selling prices across various pricing structures.
• Calculate and implement selling prices for customer quotations.
• Input and implement pricing accurately on the accounting system.
• Implement and maintain annual and ad-hoc price increases.
• Compile, calculate and implement promotional specials.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives regarding pricing, price increases and specials.
• Assist the sales team with pricing-related queries and provide accurate information.
• Monitor pricing and margins to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Work closely with the Director and General Manager and carry out pricing-related tasks and instructions as required.
• Ensure all pricing information is captured accurately and timeously.
