Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate fee information for approval in line with contracts.
• Support Financial Manager with fee analysis, pricing reviews and data modelling for new projects.
• Assist with data preparation for annual fee increase modelling across business units.
• Review and maintain monthly dashboard data used for commissions, reporting and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of dashboards and financial data systems.
• Manage and update non-financial data within Pay@ system with clear change history.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address fee-related queries and timelines.
• Support ad hoc duties to meet team objectives and deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address fee-related queries and coordinate timelines
• Support ad hoc duties as required to meet team objectives and deadlines

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in finance, data analysis, pricing, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and data management skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
