Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a high-performing actuarial pricing team responsible for developing pricing strategies, driving portfolio performance, and delivering data-driven insights that shape business decisions.

You will mentor pricing specialists, oversee model development, and collaborate with underwriting, product, finance, and IT to influence senior stakeholders and improve pricing governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science.
• Significant progress toward actuarial qualification.
• Minimum 4 years general Insurance pricing experience.
• Strong experience with GLMs, pricing models, segmentation, portfolio optimisation, and pricing analytics.

• Analyse pricing performance and provide strategic recommendations to underwriting and product teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Actuarial Science.

• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, and pricing software such as Earnix, WTW, or Quantee.
• Previous experience managing projects, stakeholders, or teams will be highly advantageous.
