The role requires strong hosting, maintenance knowledge and excellence in service. A 3-month contract is possible, with probability of permanent employment by mutual agreement.

• Oversee daily lodge operations, maintenance and presentation of the property.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, hosting and personalised guest experiences.
• Coordinate special guest events, bush dining experiences and unique lodge activities.
• Maintain impeccable standards throughout the lodge, with a strong eye for detail.
• Manage administrative duties, reporting and operational procedures.
• Lead; motivate and support the lodge team to maintain excellent service standards.
