Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Front Office operations of a luxury hotel.
• Proficient in use of various well-known Property Management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations with warmth.
• Address guest requests and coordinate reservations, transportation, and activities.
• Ensure accurate billing and resolve discrepancies before check-out.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and PIT checks.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and neat reception area.
• Escalate guest issues to Manager on Duty when needed.
