Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or floor management role in premium dining.
• Strong communication and decisive leadership.
• Experience with high-volume service and premium hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor team during busy shifts and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise waitstaff, runners, and hostesses.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback in real time.
• Enforce grooming, service protocols, and health and safety standards.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Coach and develop the floor team for continued excellence.
• Coordinate table turns and flow between kitchen and floor.
• Resolve operational or guest-related issues promptly.
