Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of experience as ML Engineer or Data Scientist focusing on predictive models.
• Strong programming in Python with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics tasks (forecasting, classification, regression).
• Build robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Monitor model performance in production and retrain as needed.
• Collaborate with data scientists to validate model assumptions and results.
• Integrate ML models into applications with software engineers.
• Document model development, deployment processes, and performance metrics.
