Job summary

BevCo in Bellville seeks a Preform/Cap Loader to ensure the availability of preforms and load them on time, while maintaining a clean and safe work area. You will manage the loading process, inspect preforms, and coordinate with the Team Leader, Forklift Driver, and Stock Controller for subsequent runs.

The role requires at least 1 year in injection moulding, good communication, and a commitment to food safety and QMS documentation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 1 year experience in injection moulding.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate processes and load preforms on time.
• Inspect cages, check preforms before/after loading.
• Coordinate with Team Leader, Forklift Driver and Stock Controller for next runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the loader area and hopper.
• Record all cages used per run on traceability forms.
• Report faults promptly and adhere to QMS.
