Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required.
• Experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Reliable, quality-focused and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple canning line machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor faults.
• Conduct routine quality checks throughout production.
• Perform daily cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Minimise downtime and production waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the production and maintenance teams.
• Comply with all health, safety, and food safety procedures.
