Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Trade qualification or vocational training in machining is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials and operations.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust as needed, and perform routine maintenance.
