You will collect and analyze large datasets, develop variable-rate application maps, and train farm staff while evaluating new technologies to boost yields and reduce waste. This role offers a pathway to contribute to modern farming in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Geomatics or related field.
Experience with precision agriculture tools and data analysis platforms.
Strong understanding of GIS, remote sensing, and GPS technologies in agriculture.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage precision agriculture technologies, including GPS, drones, sensors, and farm management software.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various farm sources to inform decisions.
