Job summary

St George’s Grammar School in Cape Town seeks a passionate Pre-Grade R Teacher to join our Preparatory School team. The role focuses on creating a nurturing, stimulating early learning environment where young children can flourish.

The successful candidate will hold an ECD or teaching qualification with SACE registration, bring a love of play-based learning, and work collaboratively with staff, parents and the wider school community to support holistic development.

St George’s Grammar School, a vibrant, co-educational, inclusive and innovative independent school, seeks to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and dynamic Pre-Grade R Teacher to join our dedicated Preparatory School team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and understands the importance of creating a nurturing, stimulating and engaging learning environment in which young children can develop, explore and flourish.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a recognised qualification and experience in Early Childhood Development or a relevant teaching qualification and a SACE registration certificate.
