Job summary

The role focuses on governance, scheduling, reporting and seamless service delivery to clients within the financial services sector. You will lead admin workflows, manage HR records, develop onboarding pack workflows, and collaborate with advisory, planning and support teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant working experience in financial services (Employee Benefits preferred).
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Excellent administration, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MANCO meetings and replacements.
• Prepare agenda packs and take minutes.
• Create presentations for employers and members.
• Assist onboarding member packs for employers.
• Draft SLA documents and maintain FICA standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate client reviews.
